Delivery Format: Classroom/online sessions and practical sessions at our centres

Course Highlight:​

This course is an introduction to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). ABA helps children with developmental disabilities learn important skills (such as language, communication, social & academic skills), while decreasing challenging behaviors.


Some of the topics that will be covered include:

– Verbal behavior – Reinforcement, pairing, skill acquisition techniques

– Behavior management

– Shadowing in schools 

Participants will also have the opportunity to observe ABA-based instruction in a 1:1 setting, under the supervision of our qualified instructors.

Who is this course for?

Teachers, parents, shadow teachers, special educators, SLTs/OTs, caregivers or any person who is interested in learning how to apply ABA to teach children with developmental disabilities, including autism, ADHD & learning difficulties.

Certification

At the end of the course, participants will get a KHDA-attested certificate, which is well-recognised in the UAE.
