He is the sole investor who started this endeavor with a firm commitment to serve children who need such services the most. With a career spanning over five decades, Mr. Ramani has established himself as a visionary leader in the field, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to safeguarding sensitive information and mitigating potential risks. Meera is a 25+ year veteran in the field of mental health and is one of the first Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBA) in Dubai.
Meera is the Founder and Program Director of Behaviour Enrichment, where she is transforming lives by bringing ABA to the doorstep of those who need it.
Having worked with over 2000 children and their parents, care givers, therapists and consultants, Meera draws on her rich experience to teach and administer language and behavior intervention services to children with learning difficulties. A staunch believer in hands-on training, Meera actively mentors 30+ Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs), 3 BCaBAs and 2 BCBAs, who deliver personalized behavioral intervention programs to over 100 families in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman.
Previously, Meera was head of the Autism Department and Parent Training Department at the Al Noor Center for Children with Special Needs, Dubai, where she designed and directed intervention treatments to 92 children.
Meera holds a Post-graduate certification in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, USA, a Masters in Education and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), USA.

Rajashree is part of the Founding team at BE.
A former M&A lawyer, Rajashree left a lucrative career in corporate law in 2016 to lead BE’s management team. With her passion to make a difference, combined with a commitment to provide quality, affordable therapy services, Rajashree has been instrumental in growing the team at BE from a 2 therapist team focussed on ABA to now, a multi-disciplinary team of 35 therapists across 3 locations.
Rajashree’s role at BE varies from providing company-wide strategic and financial leadership, organization building, recruiting, to ensuring parent & employee satisfaction. She strongly believes in engagement with all stakeholders, from parents to employees, and creating an environment where trust and quality of services are paramount.
An entrepreneur at heart, she has started several therapy units (such as the half-day learning support unit, speech & occupational therapy units) from scratch, while maintaining BE’s uncompromising quality of service.
Besides her role as COO, Rajashree also focusses on developing awareness of evidence-based intervention for children with determined needs in the region and abroad, by liaising with schools, institutions & government bodies and bringing international leaders in the field to conduct workshops on topics related to ASD and other learning and developmental delays.

Dr. Vani Kumar earned her degree in medicine from India and followed her passion to work with differently abled children. She comes with six years of experience working in the UAE and more than a decade of experience in the medical profession in different countries like Egypt and India. Her special interest is in inclusion and school programs for children with autism and learning disabilities. Maira has over 14 years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis working with individuals on the autism spectrum, ADHD and other developmental delays.Maira has worked with over 60 families and has reintegrated more than 30 children into mainstream schools. She is also a telehealth consultant and has trained therapists and parents on managing challenging behavior, toilet training and daily living skills. Maira has also successfully provided three girls with ASD training on menstruation and taught several clients how to use self-management strategies, functional math skills, reading and writing.
Maira continues to disseminate the science of ABA by participating in panel discussions, staying up to date with research, and giving presentations in ABA in the UAE and abroad.
Maira has a Master’s in Psychology from Middlesex University (Dubai) and a Master’s in ABA from Bay Path University (U.S.A). Maira is also pursuing her Ph.D. in ABA at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (U.S.A). She is also a CE provider for the IBAO board.

Vasanthi comes with 21 years of experience in Autism as a mother and now a therapist. The diagnosis of her son changed her life and its course. From being a lecturer in marketing at the aviation college, Dubai, she turned into a “full time” mom, doing various therapies for her son. She travelled the globe, attending seminars, training programs and courses, trying to unravel the mysteries of autism. After undergoing a 1-year diploma program in Autism, she joined the SEN department of Delhi Private school, Sharjah. She later completed the RBT course in ABA under Ms. Meera Ramani and has worked as a therapist with Behavior Enrichment for 3 years now. Fazeela Fahad is an experienced DHA licensed speech and language pathologist with over eight years of experience across UAE and India. She has obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Audiology, Speech, and Language Pathology from AWH Special College, India. Fazeela is also a member of Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
She has a special interest in childhood language disorders and assesses and treats children with difficulties in speech and language including delay in speech and language skills, articulation errors, phonological process, stuttering, cleft palate, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, hearing impairment and various syndromes associated with speech and language delays. She has also worked in the field of Neurodevelopmental Disorders such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Fazeela is certified in Oral Placement Therapy (OPT) Levels 1 & 2.

Seema Sodani graduated in commerce, pursued her passion in education with an undergraduate degree in Education and further specialized in working with people of determination through her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BcABA) certification from the BACB, USA.
She has over 25 years of experience, starting her career with children of determination at Al Noor Training Centre for Special Needs, as well as other specialized centres like Manzil and Child Early Intervention Medical Centre, Dubai Healthcare City.
Along with developing individual tailor-made IEPs, Seema has dealt extensively with behavior modification programs modeled along the principles of ABA, integrated within an overall early intervention program.
Her key philosophy is that the student should be the focal point of everything we do and that is the recipe for best outcomes.

Ginsey has over 14 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy with various schools and rehabilitation centers across the UAE. She has several years of experience assessing and providing intervention for children having a wide range of challenges including Sensory Processing Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disability, ADHD, Down’s syndrome, Developmental Delays, Dyspraxia and other paediatric conditions.
She was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy and Counseling. She is also certified in Sensory Integration from the University of Southern California and holds a Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license.
Ginsey’s clinical interests include working on handwriting skills, activities of daily living training, development of play and leisure skills, dealing with sensory challenges, improving gross and fine motor skills and supporting parents with a collaborative approach.
